Residential — North El Monte
The main service here. Furniture, appliances, garage cleanouts, attic work. Larger lots mean slightly larger jobs on average.
Residential N. EM →North El Monte is a small unincorporated CDP nestled between the Rio Hondo Golf Course and the Arcadia city line. Quieter than central El Monte, more established lots, less commercial. We're up here regularly for residential cleanouts and the occasional small-business stop near Lower Azusa.
North El Monte sits between the Rio Hondo Golf Course on its south side and the Arcadia city line to the north — a smaller, lower-density unincorporated pocket of LA County. Most housing here is single-family on slightly larger lots than central El Monte, with more space and more established trees. The area's smaller population and quieter character mean residential cleanouts are our main service here — fewer commercial calls, more garage and family-home work. Because it's unincorporated, there's no city bulky-pickup program (LA County waste rules apply), which makes paid haul the practical default for furniture and appliances. We're about 15 minutes from any block here.

No municipal bulky program because the area is unincorporated LA County. LA County's general waste contracts cover trash and recycling but not bulky-item haul. Paid hauling — us or another company — is the standard option for furniture, appliances, and overflow loads.
